Give Up Guilt
(Rule 9)

Give Up Guilt Everybody has felt guilty at some point in life. Guilt arises when you set aside your feelings for those of another, not acknowledging your truth and acting on it.

By refusing to tell it like it is and swallowing personal pride you take a back seat.

Real feelings are stuffed in the guise of protecting. You prefer to be seen as "good," instead of being truthful.

Not wanting to make waves is an inner code of ethics that comes into play that dictates, "I'll sacrifice me for you."

Giving up you on yourself makes you feel angry. Unwritten rules teach you to repress arising anger and train you to believe it's not valid.

This invalidated anger turns into feelings of guilt and has been termed the "Silent Destroyer".
