Rationalizing, Analyzing, and Stuffing
(Rule 6)

Rationalizing, Analyzing, and Stuffing Thinking isn't feeling and feeling is an important tool in life. Thinking is stuffing, not experiencing or savoring feelings separates us from computers, without them you are nothing more than a robot.

When you use mental software to decipher what is happening emotionally or pick things apart in minute detail you lock-up. Eventually you have to reboot.

When operating correctly feelings act as indicators or alarms that something is being set off inside.

When it's time to act they scream out, but all too often you don't listen to them. You've inadvertently trained yourself to follow your intellect instead of addressing feelings.

Rationalizing, analyzing, or stuffing are all non-emotional and only appear to be viable ways to escape uncomfortable feelings. If you knew the far-reaching consequences, you'd quit.

Ironically, allowing feelings makes them dissolve and disappear. It's that simple, "Jump in and swim".
